Membership Sales Ambassador Full Time

Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ's loyalty programs while converting potential members through active pitching of membership products and credit cards. Deliver superior customer service as the first line of contact for merchandise returns, exchanges, product lookups, BOPIC orders, and general inquiries, resolving concerns and escalating issues as appropriate. Maintain visible accurate signage, ensure all items are stocked with promotional plans executed, and uphold GOLD club standards by keeping the environment clean and organized. Monitor membership renewals and tax-exempt/resale status in accordance with policies. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed, with regular, predictable, full attendance required.
