Job Summary
Execute acquisition 365, renew, upgrade, and cross-sell BJ's loyalty programs while converting potential members with high energy. Deliver superior customer service as the first point of contact for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general inquiries. Resolve member concerns, deescalate issues, and escalate to management when necessary while maintaining GOLD Member Standards. Assist with BOPIC orders and ensure compliance with tax-exempt/resale policies. Maintain accurate signage, clean club environments, and execute promotional plans. Drive toward goal achievement defined by established benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
- Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
- Basic math skills preferred
- Computer proficiency preferred
- Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds
- May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
