Job Summary
Handle inbound calls relating to membership service and sales, listening attentively to inquiries and responding with first-class customer service. Process and receive customer calls to solicit additional sales of various memberships and services, converting inquiries through established techniques with an emphasis on sales conversion rates. Provide knowledge to customers by explaining the type of service or membership offered, then validate and update membership accounts with required call and order information. This full-time position in Bowling Green, KY, offers a salary and commission structure with uncapped incentives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening abilities
- Effective organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year in a professional call center setting and sales experience
