Job Summary
Conduct monthly pre-planning for strategic outreach, prospect new clients, and host in-club events to drive lead generation. Secure member referrals by building lasting relationships with prospective and current members while achieving individual sales goals for renewals and ancillary services. Display comprehensive knowledge of all club amenities and programs under the leadership of a General Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Work minimum 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays to maximize life experiences for members.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products
- Must be able to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
- Must be able to achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals
- Must be able to prospect new business and clients
- Must be able to host events and workshops for in-club lead generation
- Must be able to conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must have confidence to perform on an incentive based salary
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have an enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
- Must have personal passion for health and fitness
- Must enjoy working within a team
- Must have strong time management skills and practices
Desired Qualifications
