Job Summary
Process new memberships, program registrations, and transactions while maintaining accurate member records. Engage with prospective members through facility tours, one-on-one discussions, and phone inquiries to drive sales and retention. Track and nurture leads from tours, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns using follow-up systems. Support special events like open houses and the annual Community Support Campaign. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized facility by monitoring cleanliness, addressing concerns, and performing essential tasks such as pool checks and equipment setup. Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective members.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work well and effectively communicate with a diverse population in a wide variety of situations
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask
- Must demonstrate high level of computer literacy
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience
