Job Summary
Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of membership programming across golf, tennis, wellness, and resort lifestyle activities to grow membership and generate additional revenues. Act as a visible ambassador for the Salishan membership community, collaborating with department leaders to create engaging experiences that boost member satisfaction and loyalty. Manage the membership roster, process applications and payments, coordinate tours and events, and develop marketing plans to attract new and existing members while tracking metrics and reporting results. Lead staff training related to member development, pursue opportunities to expand membership opportunities, and drive customer-focused initiatives across the facility. Position is on-site in Gleneden Beach, OR, with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.
