Job Summary
Coordinate administration and delivery of AmCham Leadership Development Programmes across nationwide, supporting the Director of Leadership Development to deliver professional engagements for members. Responsibilities include liaising with guest speakers and participants, handling travel arrangements, supplies, invoicing, and materials (nametags, registration lists, seating cards), maintaining up-to-date CRM data, and collaborating on sponsorships and marketing lists. Requires excellent English, a professional telephone manner, reliability, discretion, and a flexible, proactive approach. The role involves attending and supporting chamber functions (some outside normal hours) and working from the Dublin office three days a week, with office hours specified as 9:00-17:30 ( Fridays 16:00).
Required Qualifications
- Programme Management
- Stakeholder management
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Administration and event logistics experience
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Attentive to detail and highly organized
