Job Summary
Membership Programme Manager responsible for building a community programme that people show up for, from idea to execution. Create and run events, partner with local brands and collaborators, turn member feedback and city trends into fresh programming, and manage the full event calendar and budget. Brief teams across ops and marketing to bring events together and lead initiatives like Dear Neighbour and Ambassador programmes. Requires 3-5+ years in events, strong communication and creativity, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to work evenings or weekends. English is essential and Italian is a plus; role is hybrid in Florence, Italy.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in events
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to build and manage a community programme from idea to execution
- ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams (ops and marketing)
- experience turning feedback and city trends into engaging programming
- ability to work evenings or weekends when events call for it
- fluent English; Italian language is a plus
