Job Summary
Membership Manager to drive membership sales through consultative conversations and relationship-building, lead the front-end member experience and hospitality, support day-to-day studio operations, follow up with leads and members via calls/texts/emails, contribute to local marketing and community outreach, monitor studio performance metrics toward growth goals, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
