Job Summary
Membership Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of League membership, from acquisition campaigns to renewals, manage CRM (Salesforce/ECRM), develop and maintain membership benefits, support bike club programming and the Cooperative Insurance program, coordinate annual giving cycles, represent the League at in-person engagements and the National Bike Summit, and help grow the base of supporters for safer streets and more connected communities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- At least three years of leadership experience in membership or fundraising
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Asana and other web-based applications are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM / ECRM software
- Ability to learn new software and computer-based skills and tools
- Quick and reliable research, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently
- A creative eye for new and emerging cycling apparel and accessories
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Problem solving/analysis
- Enthusiasm for the League’s mission to create a more Bicycle Friendly America for everyone and desire to help others do this work at the local level
