Job Summary
Connect with prospective members through community outreach, referrals, calls, and texts to build relationships and inspire their fitness journeys. Drive new membership sales, achieve performance goals, and create an outstanding first impression for every prospect. Onboard new members by introducing them to the club, supporting their initial workouts, and setting them up for long-term success. Partner with trainers and team members to execute promotions and events that deliver an exceptional member experience. This role supports the New Canaan location, offering $21/hour plus uncapped commission, health benefits, and a free gym membership.
