Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targets; drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategies; oversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member service; monitor performance, set goals, and provide training to ensure consistent team success; support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support Consultants; collaborate with club and regional leaders to deliver membership growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in sales and customer service with a track record of achieving KPIs
- Experience leading, mentoring, or motivating a team
- Confident using business systems and reporting tools
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (WWCC may be required depending on state)
