Job Summary
Lead and coach a high-energy MSC team to hit monthly sales targets and drive membership growth, owning the full member journey from joiners to leavers while ensuring exceptional front desk operations and service standards. Deliver sales training, mentor team members, and execute retention strategies to keep members engaged and returning. Requires proven sales and customer service experience, ability to manage and motivate others toward goals, and relevant First Aid/CPR certificates. Base salary with uncapped commissions and career progression within a leading Australian fitness group.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Experience using business computer systems
- Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal
- Understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics
