Job Summary
Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies across Chenango, Otsego, Herkimer, and Oneida counties, leading school-based initiatives like open houses and tabling events. Serve as the primary point of contact for families and volunteers, ensuring smooth onboarding while cultivating partnerships with local organizations to drive membership growth. Coach volunteers on leadership development, conflict management, and retention, and champion equity through inclusive community outreach. Maintain accurate membership records and metrics to track progress toward council goals, adapting communication strategies via newsletters and social media to sustain engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with program and marketing teams to execute council-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects with attention to deadlines.
