Job Summary
Develops and implements plans for membership growth and retention through the work of volunteers; schedules recruitment events in assigned areas; delivers or supports the delivery of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience; ensures Girl Scouting is open to all by delivering the message of belonging to community groups and constituencies; provides onboarding and ongoing support to volunteers; interprets council policies and procedures; fosters diversity, equity, inclusion, and access; strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual ability is a plus; requires a minimum of 37.5 hours per week with weekend/evening availability; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the council area; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Frequent travel within the Council area is required
- Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; weekends and evenings required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
