Job Summary
Membership Growth & Retention Specialist role focused on expanding and maintaining membership for Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois. Requires strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal), ability to engage with volunteers and staff from diverse backgrounds, and frequent travel within the council area. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; weekends and evenings required; minimum 37.5 hours per week. Minimum 2-3 years related experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
