Job Summary
Membership Growth & Retention Specialist role supporting DEI-focused community engagement for Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, minimum 2-3 years of related experience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the Council area.
