Membership Growth Intern

Research companies, communities, and interesting profiles across Barcelona to help build and update the Membership prospect list. Keep the CRM and pipeline organized, tracking outreach, follow-ups, and prospect status to support Membership activations. Organize events and experiences, then follow up with prospects and participants after activations to help the team identify new growth opportunities. Maintain a positive, hands-on attitude while juggling tasks and working closely with the Membership team to bring more people into the community.
