Job Summary
Membership Experience Staff at the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas delivers outstanding member service at the Welcome Center, greeting and processing members and guests, handling memberships, tours, and inquiries, answering multi-line phones, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Required Qualifications
