Job Summary
Plan and deliver a varied and engaging calendar of events and experiences for club members, coordinating with departments to ensure high standards and strong member engagement. Lead end-to-end event planning and delivery, manage timelines and budgets, collaborate with Membership Services, Club Manager, F&B, Golf Operations, and Marketing & Communications to promote events, gather member feedback, and continuously enhance the member journey. Drive a vibrant, welcoming club atmosphere through well-thought-out events, while ensuring health and safety compliance, permits where needed, and active member integration and tours. Strong emphasis on member experience, relationship-building, and delivering memorable experiences for a diverse member base in a luxury golf/hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- University / Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Presentable, flexible and friendly attitude
- Excellent working knowledge on MS Word
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective complaint handling and excellent listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales and marketing / customer service experience
- Thorough knowledge on Golf and Membership club models.
