Job Summary
Membership Experience Coordinator manages front desk, greets guests, handles phone inquiries, enters membership data, and processes payments. Responsibilities include safety adherence, visitor management, program descriptions, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Qualifications include strong communication, customer service, database proficiency (KidTrax preferred), background check requirement (Live Scan), and potential CPR/First Aid certification. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Location: Costa Mesa, CA; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting)
- CPR & Basic First Aid certified preferred (provide proof upon interview)
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Must possess basic math and money handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with database programs; knowledge of KidTrax preferred
- Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor in a fast-paced setting
- Time management, planning, and organization skills
