Job Summary
The Membership Experience Attendant is responsible for delivering an outstanding member experience as the first point of contact at Freedom Boat Club. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, managing the Welcome Kiosk, monitoring the dock phone, assisting with gear transport, coordinating reservation changes, making courtesy calls, and maintaining communication with the operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and outdoor environment.
