Job Summary
Membership Executive (Upselling/Inside Sales) responsible for managing the Chinese market and driving upsell opportunities within EcoVadis' network. Duties include identifying upsell/upgrade opportunities, contacting customers via phone, email or webinars, developing scalable content to improve value perception, coordinating with frontline teams to open new upsell opportunities, preparing technical reports on accounts/market status, sharing best practices with global colleagues, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Requires professional fluency in Mandarin and English, at least 2 years in customer-facing or sales roles, and comfort with proactive outreach, CRM tools, and presenting to large groups. Located in Hong Kong with a Hybrid work model (8 days a month in office). Start date ASAP. Full-time contract.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer-facing roles such as business development or SDR (sales development representative)
- Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English
- Comfortable presenting to large groups
- Autonomous and proactive
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred
- Comfortable dealing with unhappy customers
- Ability to interpret data to identify actions
- Digital marketing experience a plus
