Job Summary
Membership Executive (Upselling/Inside Sales) to manage the UK/I market, drive upsell and revenue, and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities via phone, email, or webinars; using data to target actions; developing content to increase value perception at scale (e.g., webinars); coordinating with frontline teams to open opportunities; tracking progress of regional initiatives; preparing concise technical reports; sharing best practices with global colleagues; and identifying automation and process improvements to boost efficiency. Requires a minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles, English fluency, and experience with CRM systems; Barcelona-based with a Hybrid work arrangement (8 days/month in office).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer facing roles such as Business development or SDR
- Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales - comfortable with proactive outreach
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to interpret data to identify actions
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM software
- Comfortable presenting to large groups
- Autonomous and proactive
- Team player
