Job Summary
Manage a team of 18 to 25 direct reports by overseeing day-to-day operations, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing coaching to ensure goals and objectives are met. Monitor internal and external metrics including utilization, accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity while managing inventory, assessing capacity shortages, and planning for overtime. Forecast demand and coordinate with internal and external business partners for process updates, training, and inter-team support. Ensure 100% adherence to process specifications and compliance for self and team members. Lead new hire onboarding, plan training and refresher sessions, and manage employee retention and engagement. Contribute to recruitment through candidate screening and interviewing. Willing to work in any shifts based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Non-BTech preferably
- 8+ years of overall experience
- US Healthcare
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of US Health Care and Performance Metrics
