Job Summary
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner while providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members. Supervise a dedicated membership team, establish a positive environment, and handle challenging conversations to enforce building rules and policies. Maintain composure in busy and stressful situations while multitasking in somewhat noisy, busy environments. This part-time role requires availability for a 4:45am-8am opening shift, one weekend per month, and potentially more hours. Candidates must be technical savvy, early and punctual, and reliable.
Required Qualifications
- Part Time –3+ hours a day, available for opening shift 4:45am-8am, one weekend a month required
- Ability to have challenging conversations, such as those required to enforce building rules and policies
- Calm in busy and/or stressful situations
- Ability to multitask and work in somewhat noisy, busy environments
