Membership Engagement Manager

Plan and execute virtual and in-person engagement initiatives, including member networking, volunteer activities, and board connection opportunities. Lead the day-to-day execution of programs such as the Mentor Match and Volunteer Portal, while overseeing alignment and scalability. Manage recruitment, engagement, and retention campaigns across multiple channels, tracking performance to recommend improvements. Support local section leadership by monitoring section health, ensuring financial compliance, and advising on new developments. Provide high-quality customer service by responding to member inquiries and assisting during high-volume support periods. Represent the organization at conferences, section meetings, and industry events, with approximately 10-20% travel required. Collaborate with Marketing and Meetings teams to execute integrated campaigns and develop newsletters.
