Job Summary
Membership Director for Intown Golf Club will own the membership lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to growth and retention. The role is front-facing, building community and connecting people through experiences, while managing CRM records, producing weekly leadership reports, and collaborating with operations, marketing, and events to align membership initiatives with the club experience. Reports to the General Manager and works with Corporate Membership and Marketing to ensure brand standards and growth goals are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience in sales, membership, or client relationship management
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background or passion for golf and hospitality preferred
