Job Summary
Bilingual Membership Coordinator responsible for member onboarding, payments, and communications in Portuguese and English across multiple clubs. Manages member documentation, processes membership payments, issues and delivers membership cards, maintains profiles in the Club Management System, coordinates with realtors and title companies, records meeting minutes, supports member events and communications, and helps promote member engagement and club usage. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, confidentiality, customer service orientation, and flexibility to work weekends/extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) - REQUIRED
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time‐management skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a service‐oriented approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle member concerns
- Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment with shifting priorities
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours when needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk long distances

- 1+ year of hospitality experience (resort or club environment preferred)
