Job Summary
Greet and tour guests, build relations, and engage members within their areas of interest. Complete follow-up calls to check on guest experiences and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Work five days a week totaling approximately 40 hours with flexible morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Earn an hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities. This role supports the mission of changing lives through exceptional service and community involvement across the state's 14 clubs.
