Job Summary
Generate leads and convert them into memberships while building strong relationships with members and assisting with enquiries. Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone, and maintain clean, welcoming, and well-presented club facilities. Support marketing initiatives and engage with the local community, working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and multiple club locations when required. This casual role offers a minimum of 15 hours per week with availability on Saturdays, between office hours of 10am to 7pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid
- CPR certification
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Availability on Saturdays
- Flexibility to work across different club locations when required
- Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable
- Passion for sales, achieving goals, and creating positive member experiences
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people face-to-face and over the phone
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confidence using computers and social media platforms
- Commitment to maintaining high club presentation standards
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a fun, supportive team culture
