Job Summary
Generate sales through company and employee-sponsored outreach, promotions, and telephone inquiries while maintaining accurate records in established sales systems. Conduct gym tours to showcase available services and follow up on all prospects. Drive sales targets for Service Upsell, including Studio/On-Demand 30 Day Trials and Personal Training attachments, while adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing for community events. Requires standing or sitting for up to 8 hours, adequate hearing, and the ability to travel within the DMV territory.
Required Qualifications
- Possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Learn and effectively use the Gold's Gym membership sales system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Adequate hearing to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness and ability to travel to any club within our DMV territory
