Job Summary
Membership Consultants are outside healthcare sales professionals who grow the patient base for ArchWell Health through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community partnerships. They meet seniors in homes, senior centers, and community venues to evangelize the organization’s mission and value proposition, plan and execute local events, cultivate relationships with health plan agents and brokers, and drive new patient enrollment year-round. The role blends traditional B2C and B2B sales with community engagement, problem solving, and organizational skills, supported by tools like Salesforce, to identify prospects, document interactions, and maintain relationships that enhance retention. Travel is very limited outside the local market (under 10%).
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree is helpful
- 1 year of Sales or Community Relations experience required
- 2+ years preferred
- Valid drivers’ license (required)
