Job Summary
Membership Consultants are the primary evangelists of ArchWell Health, driving growth in new patient enrollment through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community stakeholder relationships. They meet seniors in homes and community venues, organize local events, cultivate relationships with health plan agents and brokers, leverage Salesforce for prospect management, and maintain relationships to support retention. Travel is very limited outside the local market, and the role blends B2C and B2B sales with community engagement to reach Medicare-eligible seniors and medically underserved communities. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1 year of sales or community relations experience, and a valid driver’s license is required; a Bachelor’s degree is helpful.
