Membership Consultant

Membership Consultants are outside healthcare sales professionals driving new patient enrollment through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community engagement. Responsibilities include meeting seniors in homes, senior centers, and community venues to evangelize ArchWell Health, planning and executing local events, cultivating relationships with health plan agents and brokers, coordinating with community partners on patient growth, leveraging Salesforce to manage prospects, creating penetration plans for target sub-markets, engaging with new patients beyond their first appointment to support retention, and traveling very limitedly outside the local market. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's helpful), 1 year of sales or community relations experience, familiarity with health plans or brokers, experience with seniors, and a valid driver9s license.
