Membership Consultant

Membership Consultants are the primary evangelists of ArchWell Health, driving new patient enrollment through direct-to-consumer and community-based outreach, engaging seniors in homes, senior centers, houses of worship, and other community venues, organizing events, and building partnerships with health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, and related providers. The role leverages Salesforce to identify and cultivate prospects, coordinates with ArchWell Health Community Relations on initiatives, and aims to position ArchWell Health as the preferred provider for senior healthcare. Requires strong networking and outreach skills, experience in sales or community relations, and a valid driver’s license. Travel is very limited outside the local market. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles.
