Job Summary
Membership Concierge I serves as the first point of contact for members and guests at Life Time, delivering high-quality customer service and helping visitors feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and inquiries, educating members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, exemplifying a hospitality mindset to build member relationships, assisting with transactions and general account changes, and contributing to a supportive, healthy-work environment. Required: minimum 6 months service/reception experience; completion of Concierge Certification upon hire; ability to stand for up to 4 hours; part-time schedule (minimum 15 hours/week); strong verbal communication and multitasking abilities; passion for a healthy lifestyle. Preferred: HS diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
