Job Summary

Membership Concierge II serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, handling account maintenance, educating on club programming/events/pricing/policies, processing member needs and transactions, and supporting new membership sales and member retention through outbound/inbound outreach. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, problem solving and service recovery, and maintaining knowledge to advise on programs and events. Requires standing for 4 hours, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication; certifications in retention and hospitality are encouraged, with completion of the Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
