Job Summary
Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests, receiving and facilitating incoming phone calls while maintaining updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies. Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships and assist members with transactions and general account changes. Complete Concierge Certification upon hire and commit to serving others in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and effective verbal communication. Stand for four hours at a time while working a minimum of 15 hours per week. This role supports Life Time's mission to empower everyone to live a healthy, happy life across over 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
Desired Qualifications
