Job Summary
Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, handling inbound phone calls and conducting outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition. Maintain updated knowledge to educate guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies while assisting with account maintenance, processing transactions, and managing program, service, and product payments. Serve as a key point of contact for new membership sales and retention interactions, engaging in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns. Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire. This role exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
