Job Summary
Membership Concierge II: serves as first point of contact for members/guests, handles inbound/outbound communications, educates on club programming/pricing/policies, assists with account changes and payments, and supports new member sales and retention. Role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, strong verbal communication, hospitality mindset, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and retention-specialist certification within 60 days of hire; wages start at $15.50/hour to $18.50/hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service or sales
- Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
