Job Summary
Membership Concierge II (Day Shift) serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, handling inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition. Uses hospitality mindset to build relationships, educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and assists with account maintenance, transactions, and member needs. Plays a key role in new membership sales and member retention, applies problem solving and service recovery techniques using available tools. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in customer service or sales, and completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days. Prefers a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality. Strong multi-tasking, outbound/inbound communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
