Job Summary
Membership Concierge I at Life Time delivers high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests. Responsibilities include assisting with transactions and account changes, educating members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and consistently delivering hospitality-driven experiences to build relationships and loyalty. Requires at least 6 months of service/reception experience, completion of Concierge Certification upon hire, ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to stand for up to 4 hours. This is an hourly, part-time role with wages starting at $13.25 and up to $15.75 based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire

- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
