Job Summary
Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests, receiving and facilitating incoming phone calls. Maintain updated knowledge to educate visitors on club programming, events, pricing, and policies. Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships and assist with transactions and general account changes. Requires a minimum of 6 months service/reception experience, Concierge Certification upon hire, and commitment to serve 15 hours weekly. This role supports Life Time's mission to empower everyone to live a healthy, happy life across its 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
