Membership Associate

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, online, and in person while leading membership administrative efforts including sales, daily data processes, renewals, and onsite fulfillment. Serve as the primary communicator for current and prospective members through email and phone, verifying, building, and selling Angelfish memberships to qualifying families. Complete weekly and bi-weekly fulfillment processes by printing and mailing materials, enter thorough data into the CRM system, and lead ongoing data review and accuracy checks. Resolve customer service issues, follow up on missing information, and proactively maintain inventory. Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to social media content, and perform general administrative tasks as assigned. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and evening shifts for promotions and events.
