Job Summary
Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, check in members for classes and programs, monitor facility policies and safety, respond to feedback, and perform administrative duties. Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and stock; support building rounds, safety and emergency procedures, and data entry for member accounts. Maintain knowledge of Alliance programs and services; participate in staff training and member engagement initiatives; assist in training new hires and coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams. Requires CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Recreation, Fitness, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or recreation setting
- Experience working in a fitness facility or community center is a plus
- Certifications: CPR/AED, First Aid preferred or required within timeframe
