Job Summary
Lead member needs analysis, engagement strategy development, and revenue growth initiatives by leveraging HubSpot data, PowerBI reports, and qualitative insights to inform organizational priorities. Oversee member committees, affinity groups, and targeted programs while cultivating relationships with firm leaders, employers, and volunteers to drive retention and scalability. Manage the lifecycle of member benefit partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with PICPA's mission and long-term success. Direct cross-functional projects from concept through execution, translating industry trends into actionable recommendations and sustainable growth initiatives. This role requires approximately 30% travel and involves leading direct reports to foster operational efficiency and team accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, learning, organizational development or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- This role requires a level of travel of approximately 30% of the year
Desired Qualifications
- CPA prefered
- Understanding of accounting firms, experience working at these firms is preferred
- Understanding of CPA landscape, including CPE and general accounting topics and trends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage volunteer members and subject matter experts, as well as internal constituents
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage workflow and content calendar
- Serve as a role model to the team and the organization through positivity, problem solving, proactive communication, goal orientation, and innovation
- Experience creating goals, managing to goals, and achieving individual, team, and organizational goals
