Job Summary
Maintains Osage family history files and establishes eligibility for CDIB cards based on documentation showing lineal descent from persons on the 1906 Osage Allotment Roll; requires knowledge of Osage membership laws, ability to research Osage lineage, proficiency in blood quantum fractionizing, and strong records-management, confidentiality, and customer-service skills. Requires Notary Public status, CAD/CRM/MIP familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to travel to conferences/trainings, and the ability to multi-task while upholding high integrity and ethics; must pass background and drug/alcohol testing and have a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Notary Public
- Must sign a non-disclosure agreement
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
