Job Summary
As a Membership Ambassador at M+ Museum, you will create a welcoming environment for members by greeting and assisting them, responding to inquiries, and verifying membership statuses. Your responsibilities include promoting M+ membership programs, handling membership transactions, and resolving customer complaints. You will also perform customer service duties across various museum spaces, manage crowd control, and follow safety guidelines. Applicants should possess a higher diploma, have relevant experience, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and be able to work flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in operations or customer-facing or event support
- Approachable personality with positive attitude
- Good team player and adaptive to dynamic environment
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Desired Qualifications
- First aid and AED qualification
- Proficiency in other languages
