Membership Advisor

Lead day-to-day sales and retention activities by handling membership enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face while conducting club tours and gym inductions. Establish positive relationships with existing members to increase retention and referral business, and act as the first point of contact for all inquiries. Support and deliver marketing strategies, KPIs, and initiatives by planning and running member events both inside and outside the club. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member information in the CRM system.
